Answer and handle calls and enquiries from customers of banks and licensed financial institutions. Record the request accurately and give a clear reply.

Call customers to introduce products and services from partner financial institutions, follow up on interest and help close the sale.

Contact overdue customers on behalf of banks and licensed financial institutions, explain the balance and follow up on repayment. Keep every conversation professional.

Compensation
Monthly income is RM 5,000–6,000 for Customer Service Specialist, RM 6,000–8,000 for Telemarketer, and RM 8,000–10,000 for Debt Collector.
On top of monthly pay, the company also pays a performance bonus.
